Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using Video + and its website. Use the app only for media you may lawfully access, play, save, or share.

Effective July 25, 2026

The App Store license is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. These Terms supplement that agreement for the app, website, support, and network features; mandatory local consumer law still applies.

01

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using Video + or this website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; minors must have permission from a parent or guardian where required.

02

2. License and ownership

Video + is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard EULA grants the applicable non-transferable license for Apple-branded devices you own or control. Video +, its design, code, name, and supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners. No other rights are granted.

03

3. Lawful use

  • Use only content and services you are authorized to access.
  • Browser downloads are limited to files a website explicitly offers through a download link or button and require your confirmation. Video + does not extract protected streams or bypass DRM, paywalls, access controls, geographic restrictions, or website terms.
  • Do not distribute unlawful content, probe or attack systems, introduce malware, overload services, or use credentials without permission.
  • You are responsible for content you import, download, play, transmit, or make available over the local transfer server.
04

4. Third-party websites, ads, and servers

Video + can open third-party websites, show advertising, request search or media metadata, and connect to servers you specify. We do not own or control those services and do not guarantee their content, security, legality, compatibility, or continued availability. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

Website changes, DRM, unsupported media formats, network conditions, or operating-system restrictions may prevent playback, Picture in Picture, background audio, blocking, downloads, or server access.

05

5. Security and account responsibility

You are responsible for server addresses, credentials, network permissions, and devices you use. Native internet file transfers require HTTPS or WebDAVS. Cleartext HTTP and WebDAV are limited to local-network servers; prefer SFTP or another encrypted protocol and use FTP only on a trusted network. Do not expose the local transfer server to an untrusted network, and remove shared files or stop the server when finished.

06

6. Availability, warranty, and liability

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website or file, or that blocking and detection will always work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, unauthorized access, third-party content, or actions you take using the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

07

7. Suspension, updates, and termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, compatibility, or product reasons. Your license ends if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, stop using the app; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

08

8. Apple, changes, and contact

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Video +. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable app license. We may revise these Terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Questions and claims about Video + should be sent to apprevenge@gmail.com.
